If we pay attention to GDP per capita of some targetted communities for about 2 years after one of its prominent member suffered significant losses, we should see a pattern, a correlation or causation, relationship.
Find the "Word" or the constant or the formula for this relationship.

I'd say this "impact" measurement would need to identify also the level of "resilience" of the community. Which probably are the same thing or pointing to the same thing.
